HISTORY & PASSION
Founded with a passion for construction
Aannemer Amsterdam was founded in 2004 with a passion for construction. We set out to deliver beautiful remodeling and renovation projects. In 2023, our company employed a team of 13.
Our team shares that passion for building and remodeling. We work together with care, practical solutions and attention to detail on every renovation.
OUR CITY
Working mainly in the heart of Amsterdam
As our name suggests, we work mainly in Amsterdam. Our projects range from remodeling homes in Amsterdam North to renovating historic buildings in the Jordaan.
Our connection with the city helps us manage the challenges of building in Amsterdam, from permits to logistics in narrow streets.
