About Contractor Amsterdam

Aannemer Amsterdam was founded in 2004 out of passion for the contracting profession. With our company we wanted to realize beautiful conversions and perform wonderful renovations and we succeeded! Anno 2023 we are a medium sized contractor company with 13 employees.
With these employees, we share that passion for building and remodeling. Together with this team of employees, we make every remodel or renovation a success by having fun working hard, thinking solution-oriented and finishing with an eye for detail.

Aannemer Amsterdam is, the name says it all, mainly active in Amsterdam. For our real Amsterdammers, this is of course a treat. So one week we are renovating a house in Amsterdam North and the next week we are renovating a monumental building in the Jordaan. Our clients are also very diverse, so we provide complete home, store and business conversions or renovations but are also specialized in other forms of contractor work such as maintenance, bathroom or kitchen renovations. We do this for individuals, small or large companies but also for municipalities or housing associations. The nice thing about our profession is that we see many of our customers come back again because besides our passion for this beautiful profession, it is of course great to make customers happy with a beautiful end result!
