Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026. This policy applies to aannemer-amsterdam.nl and its Dutch and English pages.
Who is responsible and how can you contact us?
Multiconcurrent B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 84612657) is responsible for processing personal data through this website and handling your enquiry. Aannemer Amsterdam is a brand of Multiconcurrent B.V. The company address is Starrebosstraat 9, 1951 CE Velsen-Noord, the Netherlands. Contact us at info@aannemer-amsterdam.nl, +31 6 4012 5121, or Keizersgracht 520H, 1017 EK Amsterdam, the Netherlands. When making a privacy request, please mention the subject of any previous contact where possible.
What information do we process?
- Callback requests: your name and telephone number.
- Quote or contact requests: your name, email address and telephone number. We also receive your address, postcode, town and project description if you provide them.
- Information you provide in a message, email, telephone conversation or site visit, such as your requirements, photographs or drawings.
- The website and page from which a form was submitted, the type of request and the time of submission. This helps us distinguish callback requests from quote enquiries.
- Technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information and error or security records. Statistics and external services are explained below.
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle your request. For example, we cannot call you back without a usable telephone number. Please do not include your citizen service number, identity document, medical information or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your building enquiry.
Why do we use your information?
- Enquiries and quotes: to reply, call you back, discuss your requirements, arrange a visit and prepare a quote at your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Contracted work: to record agreements, schedule work, communicate with you and carry out the project and aftercare. The legal basis is performance of the contract.
- Administration: invoices and information that we must retain by law. The legal basis is a legal obligation.
- Security and disputes: to prevent abuse, maintain the website and establish or address a complaint or legal claim. We balance our legitimate interests against your privacy interests and use only necessary information.
- Optional statistics and external content: based on your choices, as explained in the cookies section. You can withdraw optional consent.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Callback and quote forms send your message to info@aannemer-amsterdam.nl.
Form validation and automated processing
WordPress and Contact Form 7 check that required fields are completed and that information such as a telephone number has a usable format. An automated acknowledgement or error message does not accept a construction contract or make a commitment about prices, scheduling or creditworthiness. You can call or email us directly with questions or to request a review of your enquiry. Measuring website visits with Google Analytics is separate from deciding whether to accept a project.
Who receives information?
Your information is available to those who need it to handle your enquiry or project. Technical service providers for hosting, email, maintenance and security may process information to operate the website and communications. Tradespeople working on a project may receive necessary project and contact details. Information is also disclosed when legally required. We share no more information than necessary for the relevant purpose.
Google services have their own role in processing technical information. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area. Google describes safeguards including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses in its data transfer frameworks. Please also read Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies, statistics and external content
Functional technologies allow the website and your preferences to work. You can manage optional cookies and external content through the website’s cookie settings. Refusing optional technologies does not prevent you from reading the website, calling, emailing or submitting an enquiry.
Google Analytics is used to measure website use, such as the pages visited and how visitors use the website. Google Maps can show a map on contact pages. Your choices determine whether these optional services are used. Google Fonts provides the typefaces; your browser may connect to Google and transmit technical information for this purpose.
Use cookie settings to access your preferences. Our cookie policy describes the services, cookie categories and available retention periods. You can also delete cookies through your browser. After deletion, the website may ask for your choices again.
How long do we retain information?
We retain information no longer than needed for the purpose for which it was received. For separate quote and callback enquiries, we use the existing retention period of three months to follow up your question and retrieve a quote. If an enquiry becomes a project, the necessary information becomes part of the project and administrative records.
Project information remains available as needed for performance, completion, aftercare, legal obligations or a specific dispute. Core tax records generally have a statutory retention period of seven years; certain records relating to immovable property may need to be retained for ten years. This does not mean that every form submission is automatically retained for that entire period. When the applicable need ends, information is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We may be unable to delete particular information immediately where a legal retention duty or another legal exception applies. We will explain this if relevant.
Send your request to info@aannemer-amsterdam.nl. Do not routinely send a copy of your identity document. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we request only additional information necessary to verify it. We normally respond within one month. If a legally permitted extension is needed, we will explain the reason and additional period within that month.
You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You do not have to complain to us first to exercise this right.
Security, children and changes
We take appropriate steps to protect personal information. This website uses HTTPS for an encrypted connection. Please report suspected misuse or a security issue to our email address. Our building services are not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child has unnecessarily provided personal information.
We update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The date at the top indicates the latest update. Your statutory rights continue to apply.
