Bitumen
Bitumen has been a well-known type of roofing material for flat roofs for many years. Bitumen is also called roofing or roofing leather. Bitumen is often chosen because it is very inexpensive. Bitumen is made from petroleum and comes in a variety of colors. Our roofer applies bitumen in strips and sometimes in multiple layers. Bitumen can be glued or applied with a torch. EPDM

Our roofer can have EPDM cut to size and thus install it as one seamless whole. The advantage of a seamless whole is that there is less chance of leakage. EPDM is applied with adhesive.

PVC

Green roof

- A green roof costs between €40,= and €200,= per m2 including installation and VAT.
- The lifespan of a green roof is 50 to 70 years, provided you maintain the roof properly.
Types of roofing sloping roof
Roof tiles
The most commonly chosen roofing material for a pitched roof is still tiles. Tiles are cheap and have a good price-quality ratio and are quick to install. Concrete tiles are the cheapest, but if you are looking for an authentic look, you can also choose ceramic tiles. These are slightly more expensive. Depending on the pitch of your roof, you can choose hollow or flat roof tiles.

Roof Sheets
